These terms govern your use of the IR Local website (ir-local.com) and any services provided by InvariantRisk under the IR Local brand. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
IR Local provides website design and development, CRM configuration, lead generation, automation setup, and ongoing managed services for local service businesses. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined in individual client agreements, which govern in the event of any conflict with these general terms.
InvariantRisk makes no guarantee of a specific number of leads, calls, bookings, or revenue outcomes. We build and operate systems designed to improve lead capture and follow-up. Results depend on factors including market conditions, client responsiveness, and local competition. We commit to building, monitoring, and improving the system — not to specific lead counts.
Clients are responsible for:
Client leads, business data, and website content are owned by the client. InvariantRisk manages hosting and infrastructure as part of the monthly service. If a client cancels, we will provide a reasonable transition period and data export. Specific terms regarding website asset ownership are defined in the client agreement.
Monthly plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Specific billing and cancellation terms are defined in each client agreement.
InvariantRisk's liability for any claim arising from IR Local services is limited to the amounts paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, business interruption, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
